Refund policy

You can return the purchased products within 14 days, if they are in an undamaged commercial condition and the integrity of the packaging is preserved.

The costs of courier services for returning a product are at the expense of the customer.
"Moms Box BG" Ltd refunds the amount paid for the products within 14 days from the submitted return request, after the customer has returned the products within 14 days of receiving them (Art. 54, para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act).

If you paid for your shipment by cash on delivery, we will contact you to refund the amount accordingly. The refund will be executed within 14 days.

If you paid by card, the amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
